Nichole loves working in the medical device field because it sits at the intersection of innovation, human impact, and real-world problem-solving. Every project is a chance to help bring ideas from a sketch on paper to a tool that can improve or even save lives. Her background in psychology and behavioral science shapes how she thinks about design and working with our clients not just how something works, but how it feels, how it’s used, and how it can make a difference in someone’s day. The mix of cutting-edge technology, complex challenges, and the opportunity to collaborate with brilliant minds across disciplines is what keeps her hooked. In Nichole's free time she loves being active outside, reading a good book, spending time with her 19 year old son (which includes watching some amazingly ridiculous YouTube famous content creators), and watching all things sports.
"Well-behaved women seldom make history."
