Mitch graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering with Honours Class 1. His Research Thesis titled 'Development of a wireless pressure sensor for biomedical applications' involved the creation of the first battery-less wireless pressure sensor prototype developed at UNSW.
Mitch is passionate about creating positive change and wants to help create products that will improve patient outcomes. He is excited about the opportunity to contribute to product development and the creation of meaningful MedTech ventures. Being from an engineering background Mitch is also keen to learn more about commercialisation and the operation of businesses.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outside, playing and watching sport, cooking and playing boardgames with friends. His favourite sports to play are Football, Golf and Tennis and he enjoys watching AFL (GO SWANS) and cricket.
