Heather started her career in a fast paced, high growth tech company where she quickly discovered a passion for process development and improvement and became known for her strengths in analytics, problem solving and implementing data driven solutions. Heather is highly adaptable and always up for a challenge which has seen her gain 10+ years of experience applying her passion and strengths across manufacturing, service, operations, business/data analysis and enterprise architecture.
Heather is a keen baker and loves a culinary challenge, she also enjoys crafting with crochet being a favourite technique.
