Gladys started her career in the renewable energy equipment manufacturing industry. Spending 5+ years in the sector, she championed facility and quality systems startup for multiple subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region.
In recent years, she's been in the medical device industry supporting design development, achieving De Novo Clearance and successful design transfer. She brings strengths in Computer Software Assurance, leading PLM system implementation and ERP system migration.
In her free time, she enjoys good pastries with coffee, and tinkering with her house plants.
