Dan is a dedicated Human Factors Engineer with a diverse background spanning the medical device, life sciences, and semiconductor industries. While earning his Master’s in Human Factors from the University of Minnesota, he found his passion in usability and user-centered design. Dan has worked across a wide range of product types helping teams navigate the complexities of human factors engineering with thoughtful, strategic approaches. His experience covers the full development cycle—from early concepting to validation—always with a focus on creating safe, effective, and intuitive medical devices. Outside of work, Dan enjoys a good book and making the most of Minnesota’s seasons—whether that’s freediving, paddleboarding, skiing, or whatever the weather calls for.
