Dallas is an engineering leader with 10+ years of experience guiding design engineering and product development activities in the medical device and consumer goods sectors. He combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, supported by entrepreneurial and nonprofit work that spans from launching a sustainable apparel brand to engineering clean water systems in Tanzania. Outside of work, he enjoys running, cross-country skiing, and exploring Minneapolis with his wife and daughters.
