Akshay graduated from UNSW with a double degree in Advanced Science and Engineering while working part-time at IDE. Prior to IDE, he gained most of his exposure to manufacturing and assembly in the sheet metal industry. His passion for assembly, problem-solving and learning about new technology has pushed his skills and understanding in process validation & testing, electromechanical assembly, and process design. His hobbies involve expanding his knowledge in learning and fixing things or hanging out with friends and family.
