Entrepreneurs, researchers and industry professionals worldwide are invited to apply for the 2019 Building Better Futures for Health Challenge (BBFH), an annual competition hosted by IDE Group. The winners will receive up to $30,000 worth of design and entrepreneurial support from IDE that will bring an idea to life and kickstart a journey to commercialisation. The BBFH award of $30,000 goes hand in hand with IDE’s larger mission: Building Better Futures.
The challenge has already provided over $90,000 of support and 900 hours of mentoring to the winners and contestants in previous years. Four finalists will be chosen to participate in the final pitching event to be held in Sydney in late May in conjunction with Vivid Sydney Ideas. Proceeds from ticket sales for the final will be donated to Sight for All. All finalists will receive mentoring from both IDE Group and our panel of experienced independent judges.
